- Breen's Landscape & Supply requires a surcharge of $15 for deliveries under 2 yards.
- Our flatbed delivery starts at $210. If delivery is not accepted by the customer, delivery fees still apply.
- We do not ship small items, all deliveries are trucked in our vehicles, our trucking rates will apply for all items ordered.
- Pallet Deposits are required for flat-bed deliveries
Liability & Damages
The customer assumes all liability for damages if the delivery truck is authorized to enter private property
Towing Charges
Customers are responsible for the tow bill if the delivery vehicle gets stuck on private property.
Trailer/ Truck Tarping
Michigan Law requires all loads of bulk material to be covered by a secure tarp
Loading Damage to Property
Breen’s Landscape & Supply is not responsible for any vehicle or trailer damage while loading.
Delivery Tax
Freight, transportation, and delivery charges are considered part of the gross proceeds and are subject to 6% sales tax.
